Hi my name is Callan. I went to Tshupi yoga class for just over a year. When I started the class I thought that it would be easy stretches. Oh boy was I wrong! Tshupi challenged our bodies and minds throughout each session. What I loved the most was that she taught us poses that developed into a full yoga routine. Mastering those individual stretches made it so worthwhile, especially when it all came together (felt like a yoga expert at the end of the session).
